ABOUT

Hanksville Grills honors traditional, open-flame grilling through a communal fire pit that’s easy to assemble. This immersive cooking experience delivers bold flavors and versatility to every meal whether you’re searing, roasting or braising.

Our grills are made from built-to-last, high quality steel materials which leaves maintenance to a minimum and the focus on the food and fire.

Doubling as a fire pit, our hand crafted grills are rooted in the art of slowing down and kicking back — we call this, Green Mountain grilling.

OUR NAME

Hanksville is a small village nestled within a Northern Vermont valley. Our name is a nostalgic nod to where it all began with countless meals cooked over flames and late nights sitting around the fire.

OUR STORY

OUR DESIGN

Hanksville Grills combine both technical performance and timeless design with the ability to scale up or keep things simple.

OUR FOUNDERS

Friends for over 15 years, Luke Stone and Ian Wyatt both share a love for cooking, the outdoors and the great state of Vermont.

Together, they’ve spent the past few years iterating on a durable steel grill for both backyard grillers and professional chefs.

OUR INSPIRATION

Back in 2014, Luke Stone, co-founder of Hanksville Grills, founded The Hindquarter — an award-winning, Vermont catering company that, to this day, caters weddings all over New England. From the jump, this was never any old catering biz. Luke and his team know their farmers, source local, and cook everything over captivating, wood-fired grills. It’s a true labor of love.

After a decade of cooking for our community, nourishing family and friends and gathering late nights around the fire pit right here in the Green Mountains, we’re now on a mission to bring these grills to home chefs all around the country.
